Shipping of a Temperature Controlled Cargo from Amsterdam, the Netherlands to Sao Paulo Brazil.
We work on scheduled shipments every day at M9 Logistics Family Network, where we are no strangers to sudden and urgent requests that make for the most interesting challenges.
One of our new customers, a freight forwarding company based in the United Kingdom, sent an urgent request to ship pharma materials from Amsterdam to Sao Paulo. The cargo had to be shipped the next day while maintaining a cool temperature within 2 to 8 degrees Celsius. Our Amsterdam team took on the challenge, and against all odds, it managed to effectively ship the materials while including the following comprehensive services:
- collected the cargo from the warehouse in Amsterdam
- assured customs clearance
- air freighted to Sao Paulo
- shipped materials directly to the consignee
When our truck driver came to collect the goods, the intermediary’s warehouse was operating at a very slow pace. This was indeed challenging due to chain reaction a delay can cause, such as flight delay, our team focused on the task and managed to get to the flight on time.We have optimized all cargo clearance processes and the cargo was shipped and delivered to the consignee in Sao Paulo. During all this time, our team was in touch with the client and updated them accordingly.
The result is a satisfied customer:
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support, you and your team were wonderful, without you we would not have made it."
Thanks to our Amsterdam team! We are proud of your professionalism and perfect customer service.
